the location was indeed great for museum visits (and it's so quiet!). our room was very clean and spacious. the staff were amiable and always ready to assist us with directions and suggestions for local attractions. i also liked the easy access to public transport right from the hotel.
i noticed a slight draft near the window.

I enjoyed the AMAZING location near the museums and public transport. The staff were very friendly and ALWAYS helpful, ensuring any questions were answered quickly. My room was clean and featured a nice coffee machine. The bathroom was great. I particularly loved the shower.

the air conditioning worked really well i was able to lower the room temperature the windows could be opened the water pressure in the shower worked well
no proper cleaning was done before i checked in the table top was sticky i found mcdonalds chips on the side of the bed dust was everywhere the staff answered my concerns with an okay i'll let the cleaning personnel know

The room was recently refurbished with a good design. the location is quiet. I appreciated that. i found the location very convenient to access museums. i would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The decor is a little tired and the cleaning regime seems random. The bed linen was not changed .
